Head to Holstein on Saturday, May 10, for a once in a lifetime Zip Code Party featuring food, drinks and live music.
The Holstein “Nickel-Dime-Quarter” committee has put together a celebration on their Zip Code date, May 10, 2025. This event will be a tribute to the German heritage of the town and a time for Holstein residents, past and present, to get together to celebrate.
The event starts with activities for the kids from 1-4 p.m. Join for Bingo, a community art project, face painting, pony rides, Special K Clown and Squeez-M Lemonade.
Free Tiefenthaler brats will be available at 1 p.m. The Holstein German Band will perform at 3 p.m., followed by a stein holding contest at 4 p.m.
Food trucks will be serving from 5-9 p.m. On site will be Barrel Smoke BBQ, Heartland Coffee & Nosh, Noy’s Kitchen, The Corndog Company and The Thirsty Onyx.
The evening kickoff at 5:10 and 25 seconds will be a welcome speech by the mayor with the burial of a time capsule to mark the special occasion.
The band Cory Waller & the Wicked Things will open at 5:30 p.m. with The Pork Tornadoes to follow at 8:30 p.m. The main event is ages 21+ and has a $10 cover charge. For more information visit “51025” on Facebook.
