Cherokee police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Joseph William Kosiba, 45, who has not been seen or heard from since approximately Dec. 20, 2024. Kosiba is described as a white male, 6-foot-2, 195 pounds with blue eyes, brown/gray hair, and a short, full brown/gray beard.
