Letter to the Editor: Restore voting rights for eligible MHI resident electors

I would like to thank the Cherokee Chronicle Times for reporting on Iowa Code 812.6 illegal detainments past 30 days at Cherokee MHI by HHS Director Kelly Garcia. I've fully briefed the Iowa Supreme Court in No. 25-1967. Cherokee Supervisors and Attorney should be ashamed of not providing required Iowa Code 663 habeas corpus counsel to those held at Cherokee MHI without statutory authority.

Please talk to your Iowa House Rep about the impeachment of Auditor Rob Sand for his failure to audit the taking of political prisoners by Soros funded Polk Attorney Kimberly Graham, and demand Cherokee Auditor restore voting rights of eligible Cherokee MHI resident electors in the November 2026 election.
