State Auditor lends a hand

Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand was in Cherokee Tuesday, July 2, to help flood victims clean up their homes. He was joined by Kevin Virgil of Sutherland who ran against Randy Feenstra for the congressional District 4 seat at the home of Shirley and Don Bright, who have lived at their home on East Maple Street in Cherokee for over 30 years. Both Sand and Virgil expressed their deep condolences for the people who were affected by flooding in Northwest Iowa while getting hands on in the cleanup process.
