The Little Miss Marcus Fair Contest will take place Thursday, August 8th at 6pm during the Marcus Fair. Girls ages 6-8 who are residents of the MMC school district are invited to participate. Each girl will be judged in a sport/casual outfit and a party dress.
They will be interviewed in their party dress. All contestants will receive a t-shirt, $5 Marcus bucks and ride tickets and will be invited to ride in the fair parade and present ribbons during the fair.
Please send entries to Kristi Ames, PO Box 614 in Marcus no later than July 19. Include the child’s name, age, birthdate, parents’ names, phone number, address, a photo and t-shirt size.
Parents will be contacted to set up an interview time. Interviews will take place August 8th prior to the contest. The girls are able to pick an escort to walk her up on stage in her party dress.
An escort may be her father, grandfather, brother, uncle or any special someone in her life. Questions should be sent to tkks9801@gmail.com
